We’re watching you, citizen! Don’t you like to be seen?

The Emperor’s latest orders to ensure you are safe from:

unusual noises => (or unusual ideas?)
shouting => (the emperor needs they/them’s peace and quiet)
pooping on the sidewalk => (this is what people with unusual ideas do after they finish shouting)
idling => (you cannot turn on the air conditioner for your child. Please bring your child to a state-approved air-conditioned facility where we can ensure they don’t undergo the conversion therapy of failing to transition to a freshly discovered gender)
